Across the UK children have been heading back to school this week which means parents (and teachers!) everywhere have been rushing about making sure they're ready.
However Sally Shepherd, Andrea Rowe, Sam Ashley and Helen Stoddart (collectively known as the Tisbury Knitwits) spent their time working on a very different project...
Thanks to the Tisbury's Knitwits, pupils of St John's CofE in Tisbury had a fantastic surprise as they made their return after the Summer break; a tree lovingly bombed with yarn and 100 fibre stars, dangling from the branches, one for each child in the school made in their house colours as well as other decorations throughout the school playground.
Sally told us: "The kids were all very excited when they got to school this morning to find it, I lost count of the number of children that actually hugged the tree. Very lovely!"
How did you prepare for going back to school? We took a look around the web for the best back to school ideas, not only for our adorable little ones but perhaps something special for ourselves to boot.
