Blogs we love

Date: 23rd September 2013 | Category: Blogs we love

Vanessa Harvey started blogging three and a half years ago, and found it gave her the confidence to forge new friendships with other crafty people. "I would be too shy to join any crafty groups in my area," she says, "but through blogging I could get to know people with a shared common interest and it was much easier. I have made some wonderful friends through blogging. Many are stay-at-home mums just like me, and we can relate on so many levels!Coco Rose Textiles started after Vanessa was searching online for craft supplies and accidentally found herself reading a blog. "I was fascinated to find there was this whole community of crafty ladies, who shared their loves and passions with like-minded souls," she says. "None of my friends really shared my love of craft, so it was a joy to discover this whole new creative community. I decided that I wanted to enter into the world of blogging too. As I have grown in crafting skills, so my blog has developed and grown."
