Floral inspiration

Her new design has been inspired by her visits to a local horticultural garden and the joyful exuberance of the flower beds at their peak in late summer. She has chosen 15 shades of Yarnsmiths Create DK to make this beautiful striped blanket, capturing the warm, golden tones of the late summer garden lit by golden sunlight.

Lucy will be sharing her blanket as a crochet-a-long on her Attic24 blog in weekly instalments starting from 5 January and continuing throughout January and February.
