A modern piece in vertical stripes, these cases are a great way to use up all your yarn scraps. Use your loved-ones favourite colours and embroider it with a special message so they can carry a piece of your heart with them. Materials:

• Any DK acrylic yarn will achieve a similar effect to the sample piece. This project is perfect for using up stash yarns.
• 4mm and 5mm hooks
• Darning Needle
• Buttons (various shape, colour and size)
  

Tension:
Tension is not important for this project, but do fit the work to your tablet/phone occasionally to ensure a snug fit. If it seems a little small, don’t worry, with the double crochet edging it will fit snuggly.

Measurements:
15 x 9cm/6 x 3½in
