Pattern collection: Seeing stars

Date: 16th August 2016 | Category: News

Inside Crochet are very excited to note that crochet designer Amanda Perkins has just launched her latest pattern booklet, Exmoor Stars, a collection of three stunning crochet blanket designs, “inspired by the Exmoor night sky as seen from the wild and windy moorland”. Each project features Amanda’s trademark stunning colour combinations and comes with several yarn recommendations. Amanda lives on Exmoor and the first blanket, Stargazer, contains the 12 zodiac constellations, while the second, Sagittarius A, features the black hole in the middle of the Milky Way. The final blanket, Catalina Comet, is inspired by the comet that passed over the Earth last winter. £9.60, www.ravelry.com/patterns/sources/exmoor-stars
