Now in its second year, the Aberdeen Yarnfest is returning on Sunday 9 June.

Find 60 fabulous vendors covering yarns, accessories and more, as well as fantastic workshops. The festival is founded by friends of 20 years, yarn-loving Karin and events guru Gavin.

“The North East of Scotland is known mainly for oil, castles and whisky, but the area also offers a wealth of wonderfully creative people working with wool and other fibres,” says Karin. The team will also be accepting handmade warm clothing as part of its new Wool for Warmth campaign.
