There’s no denying that colour is good for the soul; whether you’re a dyed-in-the-wool (pun intended) minimalist or an eclectic rainbow maximalist, we all have our favourite hues and shades.
For this issue of Inside Crochet, we’re double drenching in dopamine dressing, leaning into monochromatic moods and sparking the joy that colour can bring.
I’m loving the fabulous fuchsia geometric slipover by Jess Bennett – a gorgeous bright shade that looks just as good with a crisp white shirt as it would over a patterned dress. The Mood Indigo Top chases away the blues with its sophisticated vertical stripes, and I’m smitten by the pinks of Cassie Ward’s eye-catching Carnation Jumper.
For those that like to mix their tones, the clever Mosaic Cowl and Harmony Bag both use a palette of russets and reds, which would pair beautifully with the 60s-inspired Edie Dress by Millie Masterton.
I hope you love this rainbow wave of colour as much as I do!
