Polly Lampshade by Jo Bodley

A chance find of a fragment of a Victorian paisley shawl inspired Jo to create these motifs, which are then combined with a bobble edging for an oh-so-stylish boho chic look.

Materials:

  • DMC Natura Just Cotton, 100% Cotton, 50g/155m/170yds
  • 3mm hook
  • Pagoda shape lampshade frame, approx 30cm/12in high, 40cm/16in at widest point of base
  • Bias binding in neutral shade (optional)
  • Pins
  • Yarn needle
  • Fire retardant fabric spray (recommended)
