Inspired by the mute, sun-bleached colours of late summer, this bag captures the hippie spirit of Woodstock and is the perfect slouchy size for outdoor adventures.

â— Drops Paris, 100% cotton, 50g/75m/82yds
Yarn A: Off White 17 x 5 balls
Yarn B: Mustard 41 x 1 ball
Yarn C: Rust 46 x 1 ball
Yarn D: Green 43 x 1 ball
â— 4.5mm hook
â— Magnetic snap closure, 18mm/1in
â— Faux leather adjustable strap,

â— Medium weight cotton fabric, 50cm/20in
â— Matching thread and sewing needle
You can use any DK weight yarn to achieve a similar effect, although we advise a childfriendly yarn that is soft and easy to wash.
Exact tension is not critical for this project.
Completed bag measures approximately 27cm/10Â¾in in diameter and 4cm/1Â½in deep.
Kath is involved in a deep love affair with cotton yarns. She also loves her sewing machine and clogs, and hates wasps and carpal tunnel syndrome.
