A royal visit

Last week saw the exciting visit of HRH Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall to Bude's gorgeous little yarn shop, Coastal Yarns. The Royals perused Coastal Yarn's exciting range and discussed alpacas, which owner Angela Locke breeds before Coastal Yarns presented the visiting Royals with a gift from Artesano yarns and pair of baby booties knitted up using yarn from their Bowden Alpacas. Of course, the Royal Baby would probably much prefer crocheted booties but we're sure the knitted pair were greatly appreciated by Prince George's tiny feet, too.
