As many of you know, this CAL was designed by the late Marinke Slump (aka : Wink) from www.acreativebeing.com
and was the final design she was working on in collaboration with Scheepjeswol at the time of her passing, leaving behind her notes, samples and mood-boards.
In accordance with the wishes of Marinke’s family, 12 of her online
friends and bloggers have completed her unfinished design to present
this beautiful and sensitive CAL in Marinke’s memory and as a tribute to
her work.
This stunning CAL officially begins on 20 April 2016 but kits are available NOW from Deramores and WoolWarehouse.
To make the CAL accessible to as many people as possible, Scheepjes have
made two versions of the yarn kit, each available in three colourways. The basic Colour Crafter (100%
acrylic) option which includes the yarn and limited edition label, and a
luxury version of Merino Soft yarn (50% Superwash Merino /25% Micro /
25% Acrylic) and lots of other goodies. Whichever you choose, Scheepjes will be making a €2 contribution to the mental health charity, Mind.
