With the weather finally turning (long may it last) and the first buds and blooms peeking into view it seems we're heading into spring.
Each season brings its own type of crochet, the colours of autumn, snuggly thick wools of winter and lightweight lace in summer, but spring is a personal favourite.
With spring comes bright, beautiful colours, full blooms, bike rides, baby animals and of course crocheting outside! Every spring I'm reminded of this quote from The Secret Garden.Â
“Is the spring coming?" he said. "What is it like?"...
"It is the sun shining on the rain and the rain falling on the sunshine...â€Â – Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden
It so aptly describes the British spring-time.

What a lovely post... And I wish I could experience a British spring!
