to the party! It’s been a fun few months at Inside Crochet, planning a big birthday bonanza for our 150th issue. 

We’re

celebrating being the UK’s longest running crochet magazine – we launched more than 12 years ago and since then have undergone a change of publisher and several redesigns, and through it all have continually championed crochet and brought you well over 3,000 contemporary designs over the years. And we’re still going strong!

Thank you so much to all our readers, subscribers, designers, contributors and advertisers. Some of you have been with us since the start! This magazine is so much more than just a collection of great patterns every month. It is a community of like-minded souls, many of whom have become great friends. It’s remarkable how a simple hook and ball of yarn can bring together such a positive, talented and passionate tribe. Rest assured there’s still so much creativity to share and encourage. We’re already planning our 2023 issues and we have so many exciting things to tell you about very, very soon!

So, before this turns into an embarrassing Oscars speech and I end up thanking my family (I probably should!), may I pull back the curtain and ask you to pop on your party hat and dive into a fabulous circus-themed issue of gorgeous partywear, wonderful celebration accessories and completely joyful makes for your home.
