This pretty yet practical bag is the perfect statement accessory this summer.
MATERIALS
â— Erika Knight Maxi Wool, 100% wool, 100g/80m/87yds
Yarn A: Pretty x 1 skein
Yarn B: Iced Gem x 2 skeins
â— 12mm hook
â— Zip, 20cm/8in long
â— Bag chain, 120cm/48in long
â— Toy stuffing (optional)
YARN ALTERNATIVES
You can use any yarn that gives the same tension for this project. The size of the bag can be adjusted if a smaller hook or yarn tension is used.
TENSION
Work 7dc and 9 rows to measure 10 x 10cm/4 x 4in using 12mm hk, or size required to obtain tension.
MEASUREMENTS
Outer edging of bag: 104cm/41in around.
Inside pocket: 20cm/8in deep (when sewn into bag).
