Pom-pom Scarf by Tracey Todhunter

An easy project for beginners, this oversize pom-pom scarf is bold and cosy, perfect for winter commutes or country walks.
MATERIALS
â— The Fibre Co. Cumbria Fingering, 90% wool/10% mohair, 100g/300m/328yds
Yarn A: Buttermere 014 x 1 skein
Yarn B: Eden Valley 011 x 2 skeins
Note: One skein in each colour is required for the scarf; the second skein in yarn B is for the pom-poms. If preferred, commercial faux fur pompoms can be used instead
â— 2.5mm hook
â— Large pom-pom maker or cardboard rings (diameter 8cm/3in) to make pom-poms
YARN ALTERNATIVES
Any wool-rich 4ply weight yarn will give a similar texture and drape.
