Shu Ruffle Sliders by Lucy Djevdet

These ruffle sliders can be made in your choice of colour and added to any sole. Perfect as an upcycling project for an old pair of sandals, slippers or flip-flops.
MATERIALS
* Drops Cotton Light, 50% polyester/50% cotton, 50g/100m/109yds
Shade: Golden Rod 28 x 1 ball
* 3mm hook
* Shoe soles in desired shoe size (upcycled sliders, sandals or flip-flops could be used for this project)
* Yarn needle
* Scissors
* Hot glue gun (optional)
* Sewing thread in same shade as yarn
YARN ALTERNATIVES
Any cotton or cotton-blend yarn that works with a 3mm hook should be suitable for this design.
