Our latest issue is now available
Frost-dusted fir trees and crisp white blankets of snow adorning the roofs of wooden chalets, made cosy by the promise of hot chocolate and crackling log fires… it’s safe to say we’re alpine dreaming in this issue.
This month’s wintery patterns are traditional yet modern, including Yessabett Bueno’s perfect Jolly Holly Jumper, Cassie Ward’s snowflake-adorned blanket, and Jess Bennett’s ski scene sweater named after a pretty Swiss village.
There are some wonderful decorations too. The little fairy houses by Heather C Gibbs and Jane Crowfoot’s beautiful table runner add just the right amount of twinkly charm. And when it comes to gifting, Theodora Burrow’s gorgeous Annika Hat would delight Doctor Zhivago and Mad Men fans, while being totally on-trend too.
We hope you enjoy the final part of our festive crochet-along. The Dreaming of Christmas Blanket is a brilliant seasonal project to be treasured for years to come, while our special Winter Wonderland booklet makes for the perfect alter-nativity!
