A fascination for small houses and the pretty colours of seaside beach huts inspired this sweet and practical basket design.

Materials

* Rico Design Fashion Jersey, 64% cotton/36% polyamide, 50g/80m/87yds
Yarn A: Azure 07 x 3 balls
Yarn B: White 01 x 2 balls
Yarn C: Beige 02 x 2 balls
Yarn D: Smoke Blue 06 x 2 balls
Yarn E: Mint 05 x 2 balls
Yarn F: Yellow 03 x 1 ball

* Patons 100% Cotton 4ply, 100% cotton, 100g/330m/361yds
Yarn G: White 1691 x 1 ball
(Note: Very small amount only needed of yarn G)

* 3mm & 7mm hooks

* Large eye needle

* Cotton lining fabric, 1m/1yd

* Double sided pelmform (self-adhesive stiffened fabric), 1.5m/1½yds

* Sewing needle

* Cotton sewing thread
