A great boho chic pattern which combines retro surface crochet techniques with bright modern colours.

Materials

* Stylecraft Special Aran, 100% acrylic, 100g/196m/214yds
Yarn A: Cream 1005 x 1 balls
Yarn B: Mustard 1823 x 1 ball
Yarn C: Spice 1711 x 1 ball
Yarn D: Pomegranate 1083 x 1 ball
Yarn E: Pistachio 1822 x 1 ball
Yarn F: Duck Egg 1820 x 1 ball

* 5mm hook

* Yarn needle 

* Three buttons, 20mm/¾in

* Round cushion pad, 36cm/14in

Yarn Alternatives

Use yarns A–F listed in any order you choose. Colours given in pattern are for the white-background cushion shown.

This project is perfect for using up stash. The more clashes of colour, the more boho the cushion will look!

Errata

BACK PANEL

Rnds 7–­­­­12: Cont increasing as before to create a flat circle – 132 sts.
Rnd 13: 1ch, 132dcblo around, sl st in 1ch to join – 132 sts.
Rnd 14: (Buttonhole rnd) 1ch, pm, 3dc, [3ch, miss 3sts, 8dc] twice, 3ch, miss 3sts, pm, dc around, sl st in 1ch to join.
Fasten off.

FRONT PANEL

Rnd 25: Join yarn A, 1ch, 1dcblo in each tr of Rnd 23 around, sl st in 1ch to join – 132 sts. Fasten off yarn A.

SHELL EDGING

Rnd 1: Join yarn F to any dc st, [miss 2sts, 5tr in next st, miss 2sts, 1dc in next st] around – 22 shells.
Fasten off.
