Autumn is our favourite time of year – and not just because it’s the editor's birthday! So for this issue’s country-house theme, we share the joy of the season with beautiful tweedy yarns, smart checks and plaids and handy accessories, all shot on location at Fenton House, a 17th-century National Trust property.
Our gorgeous model Lola really shows off modern heritage – she’s giving Vivienne-Westwood-meets-homespun style and we’re here for it! Our cover star is Sam Sabido’s cabled sweater, perfect for any gender and the style works equally with jeans or a kilt; and the beautiful tweedy cape by Millie Masterton is just brilliantly Miss Marple.
