Mohair Scallop Scarf

By Claire Montgomerie

Find the complete pattern in Inside Crochet Issue #158

This hazy scarf is worked using gradient stitches – which are easy to achieve when holding mohair together with a less fluffy base yarn. As you are already holding two strands together, it is easy to substitute one of these for another colour gradually until the soft, fading gradient is achieved, made even prettier and softer by the fuzzy halo of the mohair.
